Oh so blissful! I even snuck in a little cauliflower...and went all out with the toppings LOL. Feeling good after my cycle class and now I’m rebuilding my muscles with this delicious protein smoothie bowl.

Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 1


Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana, frozen

  • 1 cup Strawberries, frozen

  • 1/4 cup Cauliflower, frozen

  • 1/4 cup Açaí juice

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)

  • 1 scoop Natural Protein Powder (@nuzest_usa)

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all your ingredients together in a high speed blender.

  2. Top with your desired toppings! I added frozen blueberries, raspberries, almond butter, pumpkin, and hemp seeds.
