Y’all this Texas heat is killing me and I’m craving smoothies all the time! So here’s (a messy) one I whipped up super fast after my workout!

Creamy Blueberry Protein Smoothie

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


  • 1/4 cup Cauliflower, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen

  • 1/2 Banana, frozen

  • 3 Strawberries, frozen

  • 1 5.3 oz container Plain Greek Yogurt (@heb)

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)

  • 1 scoop Natural Protein Powder (@nuzest_usa)

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)


  1. Blend all together in a high speed blender.

  2. Top with blueberries and hemp seeds.

Notes & Tips:

I like to prep and freeze all my veggies and fruits before hand so when I am ready to make my smoothie, it's all ready to go! Just need to add the remaining ingredients. Such a time saver!
