Ingredients

  • 1 Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 slice Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese (Jalsberg)
  • 21 g Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
  • Handful Baby Spinach

Instructions

  • To a small pan, add in olive oil spray and crack in one egg. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, and add in the slice of cheese.
    Olive Oil Spray, 1 Large Brown Egg, Salt & Pepper, 1 slice Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
  • Cover with a pan and let the cheese melt and egg cook. Roughly 4-5 minutes.
  • Slice your bagel in half and add to a toaster oven and cook until desired toasty-ness.
    1 Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel
  • Spread on your cream cheese to the bottom of your bagel. Top with your cheesy egg and spinach.
    21 g (0.75 oz) Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, Handful Baby Spinach
  • Close your sandwich, cut in half, and enjoy!
